There are very few changes a person can make in a day that will positively affect their life, than fixing their smile. Here at Radiance, we are passionate about the life change we have the opportunity to be a part of. Whether it’s a single implant or a complete full mouth reconstruction, we are confident in our ability to make that dream smile a reality.
WHY CHOOSE RADIANCE
Where art and science meet: One of the primary things that set Radiance Dental Implant center apart from any other practice is the founder and visionary: Dr. Mounir Iskandar (friends and patients call him Dr. M.). As a registered Prosthodontist, along with a background in Oral Surgery, Dr. M. has the highest credentials found in the industry. Patients and peers alike, consider him a leader in his field of Implantology. Dr. M. can perform 100% of each procedure from beginning to end in the same office. Not only does this cut down on costs, but it allows Dr. M. to control the entire process; start to finish. Rarely do you find such a highly scientific and artistic mind, combined with a true concern and commitment to his patients.
Averaging over 1,500 implants per year: Radiance Dental Implant Center (RDIC) has the dental implant process down to an art form. Whether it’s an all-new smile with the premium brand XircOn 4-6 (All-on-Four) procedure, or just a few implants to help keep your teeth at peak performance, we guarantee that RDIC will give you the absolute best smile and care, that you could ask for. Thank you for taking your valuable time to get to know us. We are grateful for this new relationship.
MIS Implants / XircOn® Ultra alliance: Another example of what sets Radiance apart can be found in the quality of materials used in giving each patient that new smile. The implant brand Dr. Iskandar uses is MIS Implants, which has one of the highest success rates in the industry and cleanest surfaces for secure safe bonding to the bone. And when it comes to the restorative work (the material the teeth are made out of) Dr. Iskandar ONLY uses XircOn® Ultra, which ensures a lifetime of smiles.
Planmeca ProFace – Facial Mapping technology – This is a facial mapping technology to work with the CT scan to look at all aspects of the new smile. This technology helps ensure precision placement for each dental implant. Don’t be surprised if you’ve never heard about this before, as very few practices go to this level of perfection.
On-premises Dental Lab – XircOn Dental Designers: One way the Dr. continues to offer the highest quality product at affordable prices, is by having an on-premises lab: XircOn Dental Designers. This allows the savings to be passed onto the Radiance patient, and because they have the exclusive rights in North Texas for XircOn® Ultra, patients smile with confidence knowing the lab uses only the highest quality material in the dental industry.
Quality and excellence are two of the core values of XircOn Designers. These technicians play multiple roles as both scientists and artists. This ensures every product produced, not only meets but exceeds the stringent industry standards. You can rest assured that XircOn and Radiance are both committed to seeing you love your Radiant Smile!

(ALL ON 4-6)
Newest technology on the market – DFW SOLE PROVIDER
$19,500 PER FIXED ARCH (limited time only)
INCLUDES All required Extractions, Bone Grafting, Oral Conscious Sedation & Temporary Dentures plus Free Consult & CT scan
The All-on-4-6 technique provides our patients with a non-removable dental arch that is secured by as few as four dental implants – all on the same day. All-on-4-6 is the perfect option for patients who have or need dentures or need complete restorations on the upper or lower teeth. Most providers only offer two options, Acrylic (Hybrid) and Zirconia. Radiance is the only provider in the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex that offers a third option which is better than both Acrylic and Zirconia! Let us introduce you to XircOn Ultra
HOW IS XIRCON ULTRA MORE ADVANCED THAN ACRYLIC AND ZIRCONIA?
Mimicking the periodontal ligament — our natural shock absorber in our mouth — XircOn Ultra features the same give and take as real teeth. As a result, these implants feel great in the mouth and provide the most pleasant bite experience possible, without the annoying sound and clicking of zirconia. XircOn Ultra has become the PRIMARY product Radiance will offer!
Unlike opaque ceramics, Ultra’s translucent properties offer true transparency and blend seamlessly to mimic the look of real, beautiful teeth. Not only do they look more natural, they also look and feel more natural as the material is equal parts forgiving and durable.
XircOn Ultra is 70% lighter than zirconia and less rigid, meaning it doesn’t transfer the same kind of stress to the jawline. Even though it is lighter, it is more pliable and resilient than zirconia and acrylic
Not as stiff as zirconia and not as soft as an acrylic hybrid, XircOn Ultra is the sweet spot of dental implants, and the most reliable, long-term option for full dental arch replacement.
With more than a million restorations seated worldwide and dozens of labs participating in U.S. trials, this new technology is the trusted, cutting-edge technology you’ve been waiting for.

How Do Dental Implants Work?
A dental implant is a titanium post that is “implanted” into your jawbone and thus acts as the root of your missing tooth. Once placed, a crown is placed over the abutment. Now your new tooth will function as a normal, healthy, beautiful tooth.
Implants must be given time to integrate into the bone, usually 3-4 months. This ensures that the implant is fused into place and provides a strong and stable support for the new teeth.
As you will see in the diagram, the implant solution is made up of three separate pieces. The titanium post is inserted into the job bone, while the abutment is fastened tightly on top of the titanium post. Finally, the crown which will match your natural teeth is placed on top which will be the only visible piece of a single implant.
Implants look and feel like your natural teeth. You will eat and drink whatever you like without the pain and inconveniences of dentures, partials, or missing teeth.
With our trusted dental implant system provider, MIS, and the premium XircOn products, you can rest assured that every piece and every procedure that goes into your mouth will exceed all industry standards and leave you feeling confident with your Radiant Smile.
IMPLANT SUPPORTED BRIDGES
When several teeth in a row are missing, they can be replaced by a bridge anchored to implants. An implant is not needed for each tooth being replaced. Three or four teeth can be replaced with just two dental implants for support. This is less expensive than placing an individual implant for each tooth being replaced.
There are several clear benefits in choosing an implant-supported bridge over more traditional ways of replacing missing teeth.
- Instead of supporting the bridge with your natural teeth, the bridge is supported by dental implants, allowing you to enjoy all the benefits of having a healthy and fully restored smile and teeth that are stable and strong
- This means your natural teeth can remain fully intact as they will not need to be shaped for crowns
- If, or when, you need to replace the implant bridge, potentially fewer teeth will be involved than opting for a traditional bridge, which helps to reduce the cost
- Dental implants protect your jawbone against bone loss, as artificially replacing your tooth root will provide stimulation to the jaw, ensuring old bone cells are continually renewed
- An implant-supported bridge will fully restore your smile, providing the perfect amount of support for your cheeks and lips and restoring your facial dimensions
We love to see you smile

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I know the difference between a good dentist and a great specialist for dental implant work?
First, start off by asking the right questions.
- Are you a Prosthodontist, oral surgeon, or do you just have your general dentist degree?
- How many implants do you place a year?
- What is your success record?
- What is your warranty on products and how do you guarantee your work?
- Do they have any current patients that would be willing to share their experience?
Secondly, what do others have to say about them?
Look at all their reviews:
At Radiance, we are committed to the relationship. We are looking forward to being a part of a significant change in confidence and lifestyle. Thank you for honoring us with your time and letting us get to know you, while you get to know us. Seeing your Radiant Smile is our reward!
You will receive your “smile in a day”. You will leave with your new smile affixed to the newly placed implants. As an added benefit, our patients have the ability to enjoy their new smile while having the flexibility to make any changes they would like. With other practices, some patients may notice a small bit of metal visible at the gum line of their temporary teeth. However, at Radiance we use a non-metal, tissue colored support system. There is also a 4-6-month time required for healing, to ensure the implants have properly infused with your bone.
The procedure to insert dental implants into your jawbone is a surgical procedure. Therefore, it is very normal to experience some side-effects, particularly during the first few days after surgery. Once the anesthesia has worn off, it is normal to experience some discomfort and you should take it easy for the rest of the day. This can normally be controlled with over-the-counter painkillers, or we can prescribe something to ensure you feel comfortable. Dr. Iskandar will also provide you with a medicated mouth rinse to use during the healing process.
Common side-effects after surgery include:
- Pain or Discomfort
- Light Bleeding
- Swelling and Bruising
One of the best and most advanced ways to replace missing teeth is with dental implants that artificially replace a natural tooth root. However, dental implants need to be surrounded by several millimeters of strong and healthy bone which helps the implant post to integrate and bond with the bone. If this bone isn’t present, it may mean a bone graft is required prior to dental implant surgery. A bone graft isn’t a large procedure but it does require a great deal of skill. Dr. Iskandar is an experienced oral surgeon and prosthodontist who has done many bone grafting procedures.
- Single implant: It’s not uncommon to experience very little, if any discomfort and you should be well enough to return to work the next day.
- All on 4-6: The initial recovery time for dental implant surgery is very short. We recommend at least 2-3 days of downtime, but every patient is different.
- Implant bridge: The initial recovery time for dental implant surgery is very short. You should be well enough to return to work in 1-3 days.
There are several different types of bone grafting procedures, depending on the extent of the bone loss. Sometimes the amount of bone required may be relatively minor and a bone graft may be carried out at the same time as a tooth extraction. A bone graft may be obtained from a variety of different sources. Sometimes donor bone is used and which has been carefully sterilized and tested to make sure it is completely safe for use. It is also possible for the bone to be taken from another area in your body which will require an additional surgical procedure. Quite often bone grafting material will be artificial and will contain special growth mediums designed to encourage the growth of your natural bone cells. This artificial bone may be in the form of a matrix or membrane, that will form a framework for new bone growth and which will be gradually absorbed by your body. It can take between 3 to 6 months or even longer for a bone graft to fully heal and to become completely integrated with your natural bone. The exact timeframe can vary according to the amount of bone required.
Depending on the level of treatment needed you can have anywhere from: one implant to all of your teeth replaced with dental implants. The procedure to replace all of your teeth is called All teeth on four. With this highly specialized technique, just 4 to 6 dental implants are required to secure a complete arch of teeth. People wishing to secure an upper arch of teeth may need six dental implants, but this is still far fewer than would be required for conventional dental implant treatment. This is possible due to the positioning of the teeth which maximizes the use of healthy jawbone. Often, Dr. Iskandar can supply a temporary prosthetic that will be secured to the dental implants on the same day as treatment.
Our patients have been thrilled with their Ultra restorations, which are as strong and durable as they are beautiful. Ultra is the most durable material available in dentistry today and provides remarkable translucent qualities that mimic the appearance of natural enamel. Ultra is increasingly considered a superior choice over porcelain. Our practice utilizes MIS implants because the quality of the implant is one of the best in the industry. They are manufactured and packaged using only the most stringent standards.
After your initial consult, Dr. Iskandar will provide you with a treatment plan. This plan will include all implant components, surgery along with any necessary sedation, and your temporary restoration and permanent restoration. The treatment plan will also include the cost of any additional treatments that may be required such as bone grafting and tooth extractions.
Prices vary based on your need:
A single implant costs $2,650.
An implant bridge starts at $6,500, however, prices may vary based on need.
All on 4-6 costs $19,500 – $22,500 for a full upper OR lower arch.
Your teeth will look a 100% natural and we customize the tooth and gum color to match each patient individually. For those that know you, absolutely, they will see a big difference! They will see you smile with greater confidence, and will see a significant difference in your teeth. For those who you have yet to meet, they will see your smile and admire a very natural beautiful look.
While the success rate for dental implants is around 98% with proper care, complications can still occur.
Infection at the surgical site
Damage to adjacent teeth or nerves
It is important to choose a provider who is a certified specialist. When choosing a specialist look at their level of training, success rate and the brand of implants they use. You may also ask to see before and after pictures of previous patients.
In a majority of cases, the implant can be placed the same day with the restorative work placed after 4-5 months. Depending on the area of the mouth and quality of the bone, dental implants can take from two to six months to heal before they can be ready for restorations.
The fear of pain is very common among new dental implant patients. However, as you probably know, everyone’s pain tolerance is different. One patient may easily tolerate the pain of dental implants while the next may find they need over the counter pain medication. Another item to take into consideration in the amount of treatment being completed. The pain level may be different depending on the level of treatment received. A patient that invests in one implant may have very little pain and/or discomfort. While a patient who invests in a full mouth restoration will need to implement other pain relieving tactics like ice packs and moist heat therapy. Over the counter pain medication is also very effective in treating the pain and discomfort that comes with the treatment process.
Immediately after surgery, stick to eating soft foods that don’t require any chewing. Good food choices include ice-cream and yogurt, mashed potatoes, and soft pasta and soup.
As the area begins to heal, you can gradually introduce harder foods, but wait a while before you try to eat anything very crunchy or which has lots of seeds that could get stuck around the surgery site.
With a single implant, you can typically start eating normal foods again in 2-3 days. With a full arch restoration a good rule of thumb is, if you can cut it with a plastic fork, it is okay to eat! After the bone is successfully fused (3-6 months) patients can typically eat whatever they want again.
The best solution is to have the broken tooth extracted and bone grafted. In a majority of cases, an implant can be placed immediately with the restorative work placed after 4-5 months.
Dental implants are so expensive for a couple of reasons,
- The cost of the materials needed. You want to make sure whoever you choose to give you a new smile that it will last a lifetime, and only the highest grade of materials are used. That’s why we only use premium implants with American Titanium. That’s also why Radiance will only use the highest grade of Crystal Ultra and other materials in our restorative process.
- The technology and machines used in the process. Radiance uses the Ultra Low dose radiation CT Scan, as well as ProFace mapping technology. Also, the tools used in the office are of the highest quality in the dental industry.
- The Team. At Radiance, there are over 8 different specialists working to ensure the perfect smile.
The team at Radiance is committed to providing solutions throughout the entire process, including offering financing options. These options include: CareCredit and Lending Club. These are just a few of the many options we offer. We are happy to sit down with you to help navigate the right solution for your budget needs.
1. How many appointments are required?
After your Free Initial Consultation, there are as few as Six Appointments in the XircOn 4-6® Ultra Process.
2. How many different offices will I need to visit?
One. All your XircOn 4-6® Ultra appointments are in the same dental office.
3. How often do patients need bone-grafting to support the dental implants?
XircOn 4-6® Ultra procedure is designed to eliminate the need for bone-grafting in most patients, however, it may be required for patients with extreme bone-loss.
4. How many dental implants will support my full-arch bridge?
We typically use four to six implants, but an exact number of implants will be determined after the consultation appointment.
5. How long will I be without teeth?
With XircOn 4-6® Ultra your extractions and implants, as well as your customized lab, fabricated temporary bridge are done on the same day. You will never leave the office without your new smile.
6. How soon until I get my final bridge?
Implants need 3-5 months to heal before starting the final XircOn 4-6® Ultra bridge. The final bridge needs 3 to 4 visits within 2-month span to be completed. So typically it takes around 5-7 months from start to finish. But during all this time we always make sure that you are wearing a very comfortable beautiful provisional bridge until the final XircOn 4-6® Ultra is ready.
7. What materials are used in making my bridge?
XircOn 4-6® Ultra final bridge is custom milled from a XircOn®Ultra hybrid ceramic material. Then our expert technicians will hand-craft the milled bridge to your unique smile specifications and natural looking color shades.
8. How long is my bridge going to last? What is the chance that my bridge will chip, crack or break and need to be replaced?
XircOn 4-6® Ultra is designed to last a lifetime. The built-in elasticity of XircOn® Ultra material makes it extremely resistant to fracture and chipping. XircOn® Ultra has a wear resistance to chewing and grinding like our natural teeth enamel.
9. Will my bridge ever become discolored or attract and retain odors, plaque, and harmful bacteria?
XircOn 4-6® Ultra has highly smoothed polished non-porous surface, so it is highly resistant to stain, discoloration, odors, and plaque. You care for this bridge just like natural teeth. Other bridge materials such as acrylics with denture teeth attract both stains and odors.
10. What’s the chance that I will develop an infection under my bridge?
Infections are caused by bacteria. The fact that XircOn 4-6® Ultra does not attract plaque and harmful bacteria means there is minimal risk of developing an infection caused by the bridge.
