JORGE ARROYO, BUSINESS MANAGER

Jorge Arroyo is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, from the esteemed University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL. With over two decades of dedicated service in the Dental Service Organization (DSO) sector, Jorge has emerged as a distinguished leader in the industry.

During his extensive 20-year tenure in the DSO realm, Jorge held a pivotal role as a Regional Director, where he not only demonstrated exceptional leadership but also cultivated an in-depth understanding of dental operations. His expertise extends across a spectrum of areas, including multi-practice management, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic collaboration with venture capital groups.

Jorge's professional journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a relentless pursuit of knowledge in the dynamic field of dental healthcare. His strategic insights and keen understanding of operational intricacies have significantly contributed to the success of the organizations he has been associated with.

Currently, Jorge Arroyo serves in a key executive roles for multiple prominent entities in the dental sector. He is a valuable asset to Radiance Dental Implant Center, XircOn™ Dental Designers Lab, New Era Dental Management, and the Texas Institute of Oral Implantology. In his current roles, Jorge continues to leverage his wealth of experience to drive operational efficiency, foster innovation, and contribute to the growth and success of these cutting-edge dental organizations.

MAHA ISKANDAR, OFFICE MANAGER

Maha graduated with a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Jordan and then worked for  Eli Lilly for about 5 years. After moving to the United States with her husband, Dr. Iskandar, she began working in a CVS in Indianapolis as a pharmacy manager. Once her husband graduated from the Indiana University College of Dentistry, they moved along with their 2 children to Texas. She was with CVS for 13 years until she transitioned into her current position with Radiance Dentistry Dental Implant Center of DFW as an office manager. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, hosting friends and traveling. She is very active in community service work and volunteers with several local organizations in Irving.

FRANK, TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Frank has been in customer service since the mid-90s when he obtained his degree in social science and business management. He worked as a customer service and relationship consultant for many years helping small and mid-sized companies develop their customer service performance. Frank joined us in 2014 and works with passion to exceed patient expectations and build long-term relationships based on mutual trust and respect. In his free time, he enjoys participating in community services and social education projects for children and youth.

ISABEL, TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Isabel Delgado joined Radiance Dentistry Dental Implant Center of DFW in 2015. She loves the family atmosphere at Radiance and feels the most rewarding part of her job is watching patients go from hopeless to thriving and confident. Originally from Carrollton, Texas, Isabel enjoys being outdoors with her two dogs, watching scary movies, and attending concerts. Her goal is to make every patient feel comfortable and welcome.

CATHERINE, REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Catherine was born in England and grew up in Cincinnati before eventually moving to Savannah, GA to pursue her degree in dental hygiene. She graduated from college in 2002 and has been working as a Registered Dental Hygienist ever since. She treats her patients as if they are family and is very quality conscious. Catherine is married to her best friend, and they have 3 children. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her family, traveling, reading, and exercising.

LIS, LEAD DENTAL ASSISTANT

Lis joined the Radiance team in 2010, where she says she discovered her second family. She loves what she does so much that she doesn’t consider it work because she enjoys changing patients' lives by giving them new smiles.

Lis is a proud soccer mom of two sweet little girls, Genesis and Alisa. She spends most of her free time on the soccer field cheering her girls on. For a break from the fast pace of life, she enjoys a good book by her favorite author, Paulo Coelho.

LAURA, REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Laura began her dental career over 6 years ago as a registered dental assistant. Her upbeat attitude makes her the perfect addition to our team. If you ask her what she loves about dentistry, it would be how changing a person’s smile can transform his/her life. She has 2 fun-loving and wonderful kids, Emmanuel and Emma. In her free time, she enjoys being outside, watching movies, and being with her family.

MARIO, REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Mario has been a dental assistant for 11 years and he joined the Radiance team as a dental assistant in 2021. He enjoys what he does and loves making people smile, he is also learning digital design at our onsite Lab XircOn™ Dental Designers.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, going to the gym, and caring for his two cats. He also enjoys gardening and taking care of plants.

JAZMIN, INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Jazmin joined our practice in 2022, and she comes with an impressive 16 years of experience in the dental field. She is a true expert in all aspects of dental and medical billing, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible coverage for their treatments.

Beyond her professional expertise, Jazmin is a proud and devoted mom of two wonderful daughters. In her spare time, she embraces an active and fulfilling lifestyle. She enjoys quality time with her family, cherishing every moment they spend together. A fitness enthusiast, you can often find her at the gym, staying healthy and setting an excellent example for her loved ones. Additionally, Jazmin is an avid soccer player, fueling her competitive spirit and fostering teamwork.

ALAA , PAYROLL AND HR COORDINATOR

Originally from Cairo, Alaa is well-traveled and has been to over 63 countries and all continents. After trying his luck in 9 different states, his favorite place was Texas. Thanks to his B.A. in Economics and M.S. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Alaa is a perfect fit for our Business Manager. He worked for Egypt Air for 25 years and moved up the ranks of management before deciding he wanted to take his career down a different path. Once Alaa met the team at Radiance Dentistry Dental Implant Center of DFW, he knew this was the right place for him. In his spare time, he enjoys visiting his son who lives in Seattle, Washington.
